The Community Care Network for Dementia (CaN-D) is pleased to invite you to our upcoming webinar focused creative approaches to respite care for persons with dementia. Funded by the Administration for Community Living, CDRI is investing up to $20 million over five years to help providers deliver person-centered, accessible, and sustainable dementia-specific respite care.
