Online Part-Time MPH in Global Environmental Health

Rollins offers a completely online flexible part-time MPH in Global Environmental Health. Our part-time MPH program is designed for professionals and students who want to learn at their own pace whether working internationally or domestically.

The online part-time MPH program allows you to earn your MPH from a top school of public health on a schedule that meets your needs—and from anywhere in the world.

Program Overview

Students in the online part-time Global Environmental Health (GEH) Master of Public Health (MPH) program at Rollins study environmental issues and disparities that impact health across the world, particularly in low-income settings.

The goal of this program is to learn approaches to simultaneously alleviate poverty and enhance environmental protection while promoting sustainable development

The online part-time GEH MPH program is jointly offered by the Gangarosa Department of Environmental Health and the Hubert Department of Global Health and is administered by the Gangarosa Department of Environmental Health.

Outcomes

  • All students will gain skills in demography; epidemiology; biostatistics; ecology; toxicology; research design and proposal development; and in planning, design, monitoring, and evaluation.

  • It might be possible to conduct your APE in your current work setting if you are able to expand your responsibilities to fit the APE requirements (program approval required).
  • All RSPH graduate students are required to complete an APE of at least 200 hours in a public health agency, institution, or community under the supervision of a site supervisor and the guidance of the Department.
