Mission: In partnership with the Professional Advancement & Student Experience (PASE) Center, the Rollins Career Development Ambassadors program aims to promote student leadership, professional development, and career readiness.

Vision: The Rollins Career Development Ambassadors serve as peer-advocates by linking the professional needs of Rollins students, from a student’s perspective, with the resources, educational programming, and professional services provided by the PASE Center.

One of CDA’s campaigns involves educating Rollins students on professional attire language and working with Career Development to produce a series of guidelines for students building professional wardrobes. CDA produces a brief newsletter to answer Rollins students’ question regarding professionalism and other career related issues.

For instance: Have you….?

  • Ever wondered how to professionally and appropriately take time off work?
  • Ever thought about how to transition your wardrobe from student to professional while on a budget?
  • Ever wondered what exactly to do after connecting with someone on LinkedIn?
