Room Reservations

Meeting spaces at the Rollins School of Public Health are designed to accommodate conferences, seminars, and other special events. Usage is generally limited to events sponsored by the Rollins School of Public Health. However, depending on availability, affiliated organizations may also reserve spaces for a designated rental fee.

To reserve a meeting room, please log in to the following website with your Emory ID and password. If you are new to the system, please review the “how to” documentation: https://25live.collegenet.com/emory/

After-Hours and Weekend Events

Upon request, members of the Fulfillment Services team are available to provide (and staff) sign-in tables for all visitors, employees, and students when needed. During these events, we will provide a visitor's badge that must be worn by visitors at all times during the event. Guest services requests must be included with your logistics/setup information submitted to sphfmhelp@emory.edu.
