Faculty, Environmental Health

My interdisciplinary research focuses on how environmental exposures, such as light and temperature, affect the biological timing system (e.g., chronobiology or "body clocks"). My lab uses wearable devices as tools to objectively measure environmental exposures and physiological outcomes, with three main foci: (1) light, temperature, and other environmental exposures, (2) climate change, and (3) epilepsy.
