Kate Anderson is a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Behavioral, Social, and Health Education Sciences at the Emory University Rollins School of Public Health. She is the Student Editor of the American Journal of Public Health, recipient of the NIH Ruth L. Kirschstein Predoctoral Individual National Research Service Award, and a Emory University Livingston Fellow. Kate's areas of interest include HIV treatment and prevention, access to health care services, health care interactions, trauma-informed care, violence prevention, and populations experiencing violence and other forms of trauma.
