I am a student in the Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP), where I'm working towards my medical degree (MD) and doctoral degree (PhD) in epidemiology. Informed by my personal experiences and clinical training, I’m interested in the impact of healthcare deprivation on historically and newly disadvantaged groups, facilitating the navigation of complex healthcare systems among low-income, minority, and immigrant groups, and addressing existing limitations within these interwoven social, healthcare, and political systems.
