Alina Luke is a doctoral student and Woodruff Fellow in the Department of Behavioral, Social, and Health Education Sciences at Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health working under the mentorship of Dr. Whitney Rice. She is interested in sexual and reproductive health with a specific focus on adolescent populations. Her work is oriented around reproductive justice, access to care, and health policy.
Prior to her doctoral studies, Alina completed a BA in political science with a minor in music at Macalester College before attending Washington University in St. Louis for her Masters in Public Health with a concentration in epidemiology and biostatistics. After her MPH, Alina worked at the Washington University Medical School as a data analyst doing health services and health equity research.
