This summer, Rollins is proud to launch the Rollins Health Education Institute (RHEDI). RHEDI offers continuing education for anyone who is interested in expanding their public health knowledge and skills.

“We have heard from many of our alumni and colleagues a desire to have access to Rollins courses that can inform the work they are currently doing,” says Dean M. Daniele Fallin, PhD. “These continuing education courses meet their needs, while also reaching current students.”

Course offerings for summer 2024 include Successful Scientific Writing, Advanced Critical Race Theory Concepts for Health Equity Research, Introduction to Public Mental Health, and more. Each course is led by expert Rollins faculty members and is open to both working professionals (within and outside the public health field) and current students. Emory employees eligible for the Courtesy Scholarship may use it to cover tuition for this program.

"RHEDI offers an enriching learning environment for professionals seeking to expand their public health knowledge and applied skills, as well as those exploring or actively transitioning into public health careers,” says Delia Lang, PhD, executive associate dean of educational affairs. “Courses, led by distinguished Rollins faculty aim to foster curiosity, facilitate peer learning, and support professional development and career growth."

Registration is now open for all RHEDI courses.
