My research examines the ways in which environmental and occupational factors influence health and contribute to disparities in exposures and outcomes. My research utilizes a strengths-based approach to epidemiology that focuses on identifying and acknowledging the existing strengths and resources within communities and environments to address environmental health issues. This work emphasizes meaningful and inclusive community engagement throughout the research process.
