Assistant Professor
Faculty, Biostatistics and Bioinformatics
My research aims to develop statistical methodologies to understand the functional organization of genes and its dynamic changes across contexts (e.g. disease, developmental stages) in specific cell types with single cell multi-omics data. My recent work has focused on gene network inference with bulk and single cell RNA sequencing data. I am also generally interested in the integration of genetics and single cell multi-omics data and the statistical modeling of single cell sequencing data.
