Chang Su
Assistant Professor
Assistant Professor
Faculty, Biostatistics and Bioinformatics
My research aims to develop statistical methodologies to address interesting biology questions with single-cell genomics and genetics data. My current research topics include gene regulation in specific contexts and the genetics basis of single-cell genomics. In real data applications and collaborative work, I have been focused on neurodegenerative diseases, lung diseases and immune diseases.
