Alvin Tran 12PH recently completed his Doctor of Science in Nutrition and Social Epidemiology from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He will be joining the faculty of the University of New Haven, School of Health Sciences this fall as an Assistant Professor in Public Health.

Congratulations to Rollins alumni Eric Musser 16PH and Taylor Hudalla 16PH who officially tied the knot on August 4, 2019 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The couple met at RSPH and relocated to Washington, DC after graduation. Several alumni traveled across the country to be part of their celebration.

Dr. Daniel S. Blumenthal 86PH passed away on July 25, 2019. A memorial service honoring Dan’s life and legacy will be held at Morehouse School of Medicine on Sunday, September 22, at 1:00 p.m., at the National Center for Primary Care, 720 Westview Dr. SW, Atlanta. Read more.
Jacob Dee 10PH passed away on August 14, 2019 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Jacob worked for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the Presdient's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, where he made signifcant contributions to the suppression of HIV in the Caribbean and in Africa. He was the CDC's Chief for Strategic Information and Science in the Congo. Read more.
