Diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular diseases as well as cardiometabolic risk factors. Global health, epidemiology, and population health. Analytics: data pooling, secondary analyses, national health surveys, population-based epidemiological studies, artificial intelligence (machine learning, deep learning), systematic reviews and meta-analysis. My academic work has primarily concentrated on Latin American countries.
