Bio

Zanethia Eubanks is a health services officer in the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps with a discipline in health policy and project management. Her public health career began in 1996 when she served in several leadership positions at the CDC and was recognized for outstanding service and leadership in the CDC Young Professionals Network. She has worked in public health for over 28 years and served at six federal agencies. Currently, she is the deputy assistant chief information officer and executive leadership coach in the National Ocean Service at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

Eubanks holds several professional certifications including: Professional Certificate in Project Management; Project Management Professional (PMP)®; Federal Acquisition Certification for the Contracting Officer’s Representative Level III; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Insider Threat Program Manager Certification; Adult Mental Health First Aid; Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner; and Fundamentals in Executive Leadership Coaching. Her coaching business, The Rise Above Coaching Experience (R.A.C.E.), was established in 2024. She is the recipient of over 30 PHS awards and numerous federal government recognitions and is adjunct faculty in RSPH’s HPM department. Her greatest accomplishment is being the mother of two amazingly talented leaders.
