Latricia Eguavoen is a senior manager at Deloitte within the AI & engineering practice, where she leads health care consulting engagements at the intersection of artificial intelligence, revenue cycle management, and health system strategy. With over a decade of experience spanning AI strategy, patient access, regulatory navigation, and M&A integration, she brings a practitioner’s lens to the complex challenges facing today’s health care organizations. Early in her career, she gained foundational experience at Emory Healthcare and Grady Health System, institutions that deepened her commitment to equitable, high-quality care delivery.

Eguavoen believes that the future of public health depends on preparing professionals to work thoughtfully alongside emerging technologies, while keeping equity, access, and community impact at the center. She is equally committed to global health, having participated in health systems strengthening initiatives abroad that reflect her passion for equitable care beyond U.S. borders.
