Bio

Elena Jordanov is a trained public health professional with research and program implementation experience in several public health fields including infectious disease, air quality, soil quality, waste management, and energy efficiency. She focuses on sustainable access to resources and collaboration throughout all project development.

Jordanov is passionate about sustainable solutions that increase the overall quality of laboratory practices for not only bench scientists, but also hospitals, patients, public health leaders, and the environment. She utilizes her collaborative team-building approach and analytical skills throughout her efforts to meet project goals. Jordanov’s laboratory background allows her to effectively communicate with researchers and stakeholders, which informs her innovative approach in the public health arena.

Jordanov is a “triple Emory Eagle” having attended Oxford, Emory, and Rollins.
