Bio

Astha Purohit is a global leader in retail with extensive expertise in artificial intelligence and generative AI. She has advised Fortune 500 companies and senior c-suite leaders on driving innovation and growth in retail to deliver amazing customer experiences. She currently serves as the director of technical operations at Walmart where she plays a pivotal role in the e-commerce team.

Purohit holds a medical degree from Topiwala National Medical College, MPH from Emory ,and MBA from MIT Sloan. After completing her degrees, she joined McKinsey where she had the unique opportunity to serve clients across the technology, media and teleco sector. Her subsequent roles at DoorDash and CVS Health, as well as her current role at Walmart, focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
