Christopher Howard, MBA, PhD

Bio

Originally from South Bend, IN, Christopher Howard is a public health professional and community activist who aims to eliminate health disparities through research on socioeconomic influences such as leadership, education, race, culture, income, micro-environments, gender, and genetic dispositions. He serves as the department chair of allied health at Prince George’s Community College and is also the founder and CEO of CNHLeads, a research and consulting firm specializing in family and community development issues such as health, financial planning, education, and leadership. He has held professional positions across a diverse range of organizations, including universities, government agencies, health care institutions, and nonprofit organizations such as the CDC, GAO, YMCA, and Emory University. His professional experience also includes several volunteer experiences in communities across the globe. Howard also serves on the board of several community and civic organizations, and is an active member in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. Howard’s ultimate goal is a unified approach through various business endeavors and educational opportunities dedicated to the research and elimination of health disparities.
