It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that we welcome Srdjan Popovic to Rollins as the Senior Director of Career Development where he will lead the vision for implementing all activities associated with student and alumni career preparation and planning.
A native of Montenegro, Srdjan and holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania. He comes to us from Emory Continuing Education where he successfully led the career advising team, developed process improvement plans and consistently offered what his colleagues and students profess is a transformative, capacity-building career development experience.
In addition to higher education, Srdjan has leadership experience in health care, IT and hospitality. He holds nearly a dozen certifications including human resources management, Lean Six Sigma and a host of other training and career assessment credentials. Srdjan also speaks 8 languages, so connecting and communicating within the diverse RSPH community should be a nearly effortless endeavor.
Srdjan is passionate about helping people discover and pursue their callings, so that they can fully realize their potential and contribute to causes that make a difference on the world stage.
In his spare time, Srdjan has a wide variety of interests including: playing and composing music for guitar, traveling, learning languages , spending time with family and friends, reading, and photography. Srdjan is excited to join the RSPH community and help grow the next generation of public health professionals.
