I serve as the Associate Director for Science for the Division of Tuberculosis Elimination at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). I previously worked as the liaison to the CDC from the Office of Public Health Surveillance & Research of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), with a focus on infectious diseases. My work has involved surveillance, outbreak investigations, and support for preventing healthcare associated infections. I have also worked in immunization services, international malaria control, and clinical trials.
