Dr. McNaghten is a Branch Chief in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Division of HIV Prevention. She has over 20 years of experience in HIV surveillance, epidemiology, and prevention in domestic and international settings. She served on CDC’s COVID-19 Response in the Vaccine Task Force as a Lead for the Data Monitoring and Reporting Section.
