Linzi  Li

Doctoral Stud-Add'l Assgnmt/BW

Linzi is a doctoral student in the Department of Epidemiology at Emory University. Her research focuses on cardiovascular epidemiology, where she explores the complex relationships between various biomarkers, lifestyle risk factors, and their effects on cardiovascular disease. Linzi is dedicated to risk assessment and the prevention of cardiovascular conditions by uncovering and addressing risk factors, particularly those that are modifiable.

Before joining the doctoral program, Linzi earned her MPH in Health Policy and Management and an MSPH in Epidemiology, both from the Rollins School of Public Health. She is a recipient of the American Heart Association Predoctoral Fellowship, which supports her dissertation work on the impact of sedentary behavior on atrial fibrillation.
