Eligible Provider submits cancer reporting test message(s) to the Georgia Cancer Registry.

1. Eligible Provider submits test message(s) following the procedures outlined in the GCR MU Data Transfer Instructions. The Georgia Cancer Registry currently supports one transport option for submission of cancer registry messages. This is the only allowed submission route for confidential data.

Email is not a secure mechanism of data transfer. Do not submit test messages by email containing Protected Health Information (PHI).

2. The Georgia Cancer Registry will notify provider contact by email with test results and send a detailed summary of the number and type of errors.
