Meaningful Use
Step1: Registration
Eligible Provider registers intent for submitting cancer reporting data for Meaningful Use.
1. Complete the registration form at the Georgia Department of Public Health. http://dph.georgia.gov/meaningful-use. To register for attestation for the public health meaningful use objective Cancer Reporting, confirm that you have checked #19: Cancer Data. The form may be used to register a single eligible clinic or multiple clinics. You only need to register one facility for all providers in the practice; you do not need to register each provider individually. If you have previously registered at the Georgia DPH for the cancer reporting option, please go to Step 2
