Bio
Dr. Winquist is a Medical Officer in the Health Studies Section at the National Center for Environmental Health at CDC. Her interests are in health disparities and environmental health. She brings medical experience to our faculty. She has worked with the PFOA community cohort study; and with studies of the health effects of air pollution, including the St. Louis Air Pollution Epidemiology Study, the Dallas Air Pollution Epidemiology Study, and a Five-City Time-Series Study of Pollutant Mixtures and Acute Morbidity that is part of the Emory/Georgia Tech Southeastern Center for Air Pollution and Epidemiology.
