A Celebration
At the end of the academic year, the Office of Career Development hosts a reception called Public Health in Action. The event includes the presentation of several awards for exceptional adjunct faculty. In addition, the event recognizes superior students, whose practica are displayed with impressive poster presentations. Overall, the night recognizes great achievement in the field of public health and putting theory into practice. It rounds out the year with a convivial atmosphere that strengthens ties both within the Rollins School of Public Health and with community partners.
